About the Position

As a project manager and consultant at QRIOS, you will play a vital role in some of Sweden's most exciting technology and industrial companies. You will lead technical projects that often involve both hardware and software, collaborating closely with various competencies in cross-functional teams. Your task will be to create structure, drive collaboration forward, and ensure that deliveries maintain high quality.

Who Are You?

You have several years of experience leading technical projects – perhaps in the role of project manager, coordinator, program, or change leader. You have a consulting mindset. You are professional, attentive, and solution-oriented. You build trust through clear communication and an open attitude, easily creating a positive and unpretentious atmosphere that allows the team to function and develop.

We Believe You Have:

• An academic engineering degree
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
• 3–10 years of experience in project management within the technology or industrial sector
• Experience working with various project models and agile methods
• Experience in customer-facing roles and building long-term relationships
