We are looking for two consultants, one more junior and one more experienced, for a security-classified function within Accounts & Liquidity at a bank. The role involves operational management of liquidity, account administration, and reconciliations in both SEK and foreign currencies. The work is conducted in close collaboration with treasury, back office, finance, and external banks/clearinghouses.

Period: 2025-12 – 2027-01, start asap
Scope: 100 %
Location: Client's office in Stockholm

Candidates will be presented continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

The assignment includes, among other things:

• Administer the bank's liquidity in SEK via the central bank.
• Distribute liquidity so that payments can be cleared in different clearing systems.
• Reconciliation of accounting against actual transactions, including investigation and actions in case of discrepancies.
• Advanced use of Excel.
• Work within the relationship group regarding foreign banks' cash clearing.

• Administer the bank's accounts in foreign currency (internal/external reconciliation, ensure liquidity, manage costs and interest, open/close accounts).
• Investigate discrepancies, missing transactions, and interest costs.
• Prepare and test systems and backup routines, including continuity plans, internally and with external banks/clearinghouses.
• Ongoing communication via chat, email, and phone with internal functions and external parties.

Experience:

• Education in a relevant field and 1–3 years of experience as a consultant.
• Participated in one or more similar assignments.

Level of responsibility:

• Takes responsibility for defined tasks.
• Can work independently within clear frameworks but requires some guidance.

Meritorious:

• Experience from a banking environment.

Personal qualities:

• Solution-oriented.

Experience:

• Education and further development in the relevant field.
• 3–6 years of experience as a consultant in similar roles for multiple clients.

• Nostro reconciliation
• Swift
• IntelliMatch (or similar)
• Very good Swedish and English
• Experience from a banking environment is meritorious

Level of responsibility:

• Primarily works independently and takes responsibility for the overall assignment.
• Is a role model and support for junior colleagues.
