Job Responsibilities

The work as a nurse within LSS/social psychiatry involves being responsible for the care of patients living in their own apartments at group and service housing. The work involves independently assessing, implementing, and evaluating care interventions directed at the patients. You organize, plan, prioritize, and coordinate the care work and are also responsible for medical measures. You will collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, managers, and care staff. You also cooperate with primary care, inpatient care, and other actors based on a holistic view of the patient. As a nurse, you guide, educate, and delegate care staff in nursing as well as in health and medical care interventions. You actively participate in development work to improve our operations.

Qualifications

The following is required for the role:

• You are a licensed nurse
• Driver's license B
• At least 1 year of experience as a nurse
• Good experience with IT-based journal systems
• You can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Meritorious Qualifications

• Experience working with the target group
• Specialist training in elderly care, district nurse education, further training in psychiatry, or other relevant further education
• Previous experience in municipal health and medical care

Employment Conditions

Permanent full-time employment, with start date according to agreement. Scheduled working hours 38.25 hours/week.
