Based on these guiding principles, Stegen Preschool shapes its educational activities for children with special needs.

We are now looking for a childcare worker who wants to substitute for us during the spring.

Your Role

Through motivation, challenges, and facilitation, we ensure that our children learn, explore, and play. As a childcare worker with us, you are a central part of this by working closely with our children in everyday activities, including play, training, and personal care. You will be part of a team consisting of various professionals such as preschool teachers, special educators, activity pedagogues, speech therapists, and childcare workers.

Who We Are Looking For

At Stegen Preschool, you are part of an environment where we together face challenges and share the joy of the children's progress. Therefore, it is important that you can collaborate and have a positive attitude that focuses on the child's strengths and opportunities, rather than difficulties. You should be responsible and, above all, interested in learning a new pedagogy. The conductive pedagogy is physically demanding, which you need to be comfortable with.

Qualifications

• Trained childcare worker or nursing assistant

Meritorious

• Experience of pedagogical work in preschool activities
• Experience working with children with multiple disabilities.

Bräcke Preschool Stegen

Bräcke Preschool Stegen is a special preschool aimed at children aged 1-6 years who have mobility impairments and need special support. We work according to the preschool curriculum (Lpfö 18) and use conductive pedagogy as a tool in our work with the children.
