The clinic is well-staffed, and most of our patients are offered a permanent listing with a doctor. We are a well-established clinic with over 44 employees. Our team includes district nurses, registered nurses, specialist physicians in general medicine, resident doctors, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries. The health center also has a psychosocial team. We have approximately 17,000 registered patients and home care for about 130 patients.

The health center is conveniently located near commuter train and bus connections, just 12 minutes by train from Stockholm Central. Our area includes Solhem, Bromsten, Sundby, and Flysta, characterized by a small-town feel.

Job Description

Varied tasks in our nursing clinic combined with the diabetes clinic. All nurses and district nurses assist with telephone advice in TeleQ. We work in the Take Care journal system.

At the clinic, we offer patients professional assistance with, among other things, wound dressings, infusions, blood pressure checks, and much more. Regardless, the work is multifaceted and varied. In home care, we ensure that patients receive the best possible care in their own homes.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Licensed nurse
  • Training in diabetes care

Meritorious:

  • Experience in primary care
  • Experience as a diabetes nurse
  • It is desirable if you are familiar with the Take Care journal system and the TeleQ telephone system

Employment Form:

Permanent employment, 100% full-time. A probationary period may apply. Start date according to agreement.
