Bogesund School is a primary school (F-6) located in the central parts of Ulricehamn. We are a school with approximately 460 students, with three parallel classes in each grade and three after-school care departments. RESPONSIBILITIES

As a teacher at Bogesund School in grades 1-6, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on teaching in accordance with applicable governing documents. You create clear, structured, and safe learning environments that promote study peace and support each student's knowledge development. Your work includes actively working with extra adaptations and support measures in close collaboration with colleagues and student health services, and contributing to adapting teaching based on students' different needs and conditions.

The assignment also includes mentorship and professional collaboration with guardians, where you ensure good communication and continuous follow-ups regarding students' development. You participate in the team's joint planning and development work, contribute to collegial learning, and work both proactively and preventively based on the school's core values. Documentation of learning, needs, and measures is carried out systematically and legally as a natural part of your assignment.

You are accustomed to working based on systematic quality work and draw support from current research to develop and enhance the quality of the educational activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

We see that you have a passionate interest in teaching, teaching development, and in meeting students in need of special support. You are experienced in classroom teaching in grades 1-6 and have a strong commitment to ensuring that the school's core values permeate your daily work. You work systematically and purposefully to create a safe, inclusive, and learning environment where every student has the opportunity to develop based on their conditions. Documented experience working with students with neuropsychiatric disabilities is an advantage.

You have a good ability to adapt teaching and create clear structures that support both groups and individuals. You plan, implement, and follow up on teaching based on current governing documents and use formative assessment as a natural part of your work.

We are looking for someone who is relationship-building, secure in your professional role, and communicates professionally with students, colleagues, and guardians. You enjoy collaborating in teams and actively contribute to the school's collective development work. For the position, it is required that you are a certified teacher for grades F-6. Through your education and experience, you have good pedagogical insight and are well-acquainted with the school's mission, governing documents, and the laws and agreements that regulate the operations.
