Intern at the Recruitment Unit

As an intern with us at the recruitment unit at Connecting Stockholm, you will be introduced to all steps of the recruitment process.

You will receive internal training and learn about recruitment, and you will gradually take on tasks related to the recruitment process, such as screening candidates, contacting them to schedule interviews, phone interviews, etc.

At our recruitment department, we use selection tests, and you will get to try conducting these as the next step in the process.

Qualifications

To thrive with us, we believe you are structured and curious. Furthermore, we see that you:

• Are studying at a university or vocational school and are eligible for student financial aid during your internship.
• Have recruitment as part of your education, such as a human resources program or equivalent vocational training.
• Are insured through your school during the internship period.
• Can complete the internship with us for at least 6 consecutive weeks.

Please note that the internship period is unpaid. Therefore, we can only accept you if the internship is part of your studies. No experience is required.
