We are now looking for a Team Leader on behalf of our client who will manage the company's salespeople at events.

The company is one of Sweden's largest event companies. They operate in several different industries and have assignments from some of Sweden's largest companies. Projects can range from long-term assignments that run continuously to short assignments lasting 6 months.

You will work in so-called “shop in shops,” which is an event booth in an already existing store. The shops are located in attractive shopping centers, in stores belonging to large chains.

Sales occur to customers in the store who approach the booth.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for a group of salespeople of 3-6 people. You will be responsible for their sales as well as ensuring results are achieved. You will also have a part of the budget for your own sales.

Previous experience in team leading is not a requirement. Previous sales experience of at least 6 months is a requirement.

You will always work in your hometown and sleep in your own bed. Working hours vary with 8-hour days with different shifts between 10:00-20:00. You will have a fixed salary of 25,000 plus commission on your own sales and your salespeople's sales. Target salary 36,000.
