Agillo AB is looking for several strawberry and berry operators for an international work program in collaboration with partner organizations in Guatemala. The work is carried out according to Central American cultivation and picking protocols, focusing on high-intensity harvesting management and methodologies not used in Sweden.

Job Responsibilities:

• Selective picking according to the CIERTO/Guatemala method
• Daily reporting and work management in Spanish
• Teamwork structured according to Latin American work culture and rotation systems
• Quality optimization for export-class berries
• Implementation of work processes according to international development projects

Requirements:

• Native or fluent Spanish (work, instructions, safety, and reporting are conducted exclusively in Spanish)
• At least 2 years of documented experience in strawberry or berry cultivation work in Central America, preferably Guatemala
• Experience working within international development programs or migrant labor projects
• Able to work in teams according to structures and workplace standards from Guatemala
• Good physical ability for high-intensity fieldwork for three months
