Do you want to help shape the future of energy solutions? As a test project manager, you will play a central role in coordinating activities with many internal and external interfaces. You will work on testing and validating our products for development, service, and customer projects. You will be responsible for budget, schedule, and planning of tests and validations, collaborating closely with product development, production, and testing engineers. Every day offers new challenges, from creating calculations for testing in development projects to leading test runs in the workshop for prototype testing.

How You Will Impact

You will drive cross-functional projects and collaborate with multiple disciplines within the organization. Focus on site-related project management/Operational project manager with some site technical background.
Experience with industry standards such as PED, ISO, ASME, IEC is a plus.
You will be responsible for the test project's budget, schedule, and execution of tests and validations.
You will interact and build networks with stakeholders such as order delivery teams, product owners, and other development departments.
You will manage risks that arise within projects and adjust tasks according to the project timeline.
You have financial responsibility for your projects, including budget and financial follow-up, with a focus on presence in our testing rigs and workshops.

What You Bring

We prefer that you have previous work experience as a project manager and managing projects where conditions can vary and adapt your approach according to the situation.
You have a background in engineering, construction, or experience from the industry.
You are curious and have a strong desire to work closely with the workshop, which makes you thrive in a practical and dynamic environment.
You are motivated by having a coordinating role and are a flexible problem solver who strives to achieve set goals.
You are proficient in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
