Personal assistance is an intervention under LSS (The Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant requires a high ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• wants to work with a man in his 25s living in Mjölby
• has good knowledge of Swedish
• is tolerant of pets, a dog is present in the home
• is smoke-free
• has experience working as a personal assistant and/or in healthcare

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is "Hourly Substitute" with work as needed. The position involves work during daytime, evening, and weekends.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are made according to collective agreements.

Start date

Immediately or according to agreement.

Being employed at Humana
