Part-time Receptionist Job in Central Stockholm

Are you a student or have another main occupation of at least 50% and looking for a part-time job? We at Adecco are now looking for two service-oriented receptionists for a consulting assignment with a client in central Stockholm.

About the Position

As a receptionist, you will be the face of the company for our client in Stockholm. Your tasks will include welcoming visitors and providing service to both guests and colleagues, managing the switchboard, and ensuring that the reception and office are pleasant and well-organized. You will also handle coffee machines, simple snacks, and other practical tasks needed for the office to run smoothly.

The working hours are on Wednesdays from 08:30 to 15:00, and it is important that you can always work during these times.

About You

We are looking for someone who is social, proactive, and confident in the role of the company's face. You find it easy to meet people and enjoy providing service in various situations. To be considered for the position, you must have another main occupation of at least 50%. Previous experience in service or reception is a plus, but the most important thing is that you are responsible, self-driven, and have the right attitude.
