Care Assistant for Home Care - Make a difference every day!

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a care assistant within Home Care Alvesta center and contribute to ensuring our care recipients have a secure everyday life in their homes. You will be part of our team that works with person-centered care, valuing quality and interaction. We operate according to Individual Needs in Center (IBIC) and use digital solutions and systems in our work, which is essential for providing our care recipients with good and individualized care.

The job responsibilities include, among other things:

• Providing support and assistance in daily life, such as personal care, meals, and social interaction.
• Performing delegated health and medical tasks.
• Documenting according to applicable routines.
• Collaborating with colleagues, relatives, and other professionals for the best possible care.

Our operations run every day of the year and at all hours. In home care, you will work days, evenings, and weekends according to a schedule based on annual working time agreements.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a care assistant with a recognized education from the health and care program or another equivalent education. Previous experience in similar work is an advantage.

You are responsible, empathetic, and have a genuine interest in people. This is characterized by how you treat both colleagues and care recipients with respect and are attentive to individuals' varying needs. As a person, you are solution-focused and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively.

A valid B driver's license is required, and you also need to be able to cycle as we have cycling rounds. The job requires good knowledge of Swedish, both written and spoken.
