Job Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a service-oriented person for immediate start at one of our clients in northern Stockholm. In the role of customer receptionist/service advisor, you play a crucial role at the workshop. This role means that you will primarily be the one in contact with the workshop's customers regarding their matters. An important part of the job is to always provide the customer with a pleasant and professional reception and ensure that the customer's wishes are fulfilled.

Your job responsibilities will include booking customers for workshop visits via phone, receiving and handing over cars, and processing payments. Your work will take place in the workshop's computer system as well as via phone and email.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone who has worked in some form of service before, preferably in the restaurant industry or retail.

It is considered a great advantage if you have previously worked with cars to some extent or have an interest in vehicles, but this is not a requirement.
