As a Customer Receptionist, you are a key person in the relationship between the workshop, spare parts, and our customers. You have a supervisory role and distribute work for our technicians, as well as collaborate with team leaders and spare parts staff to ensure good availability for our customers.

To succeed in this role, you should have good industry experience and be engaged, responsible, and service-oriented as your main tasks consist of customer contact via both counter, email, and phone for booking workshop jobs, follow-up during the work process, feedback upon completion of work, and invoicing.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a high sense of service and easily collaborates with both customers and colleagues
• Thrives in an environment with varied tasks
• Is structured and organized
• Has at least a B driver's license
• Has good vehicle technical knowledge
