Are you a car enthusiast with experience in the automotive industry, or a service advisor looking to take on new challenges? Then this position might be for you!

The role of a service advisor will have a strong focus on customer contact, which will also be a recurring area throughout the work. Tasks may include: Assisting customers with various inquiries about car parts, as well as advising on different service jobs. Managing administrative tasks such as creating work orders and ordering spare parts.

About the position: 

-Receive customers during vehicle drop-off and pick-up
-Prepare cost estimates and provide pricing information
-Communicate with technicians to follow up on work orders
-Ensure that the right spare parts and services are offered
-Maintain ongoing contact with customers to inform them of status
-Administer bookings, quotes, and invoices

We are looking for someone who: 

-Has good system proficiency in one of the following systems: (KOBRA, CABAS, WINASSIST).
-Has relatively good knowledge of spare parts.
-Has technical knowledge of passenger cars.
-Works in a structured manner.
-Holds a valid manual B driver's license.

The position is full-time with working hours scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday.
