About the Position

We are now assisting Edugrade in finding a junior trainer in fiber technology. The role involves training in everything from basic labor market education to advanced courses for authorities and companies. In addition to teaching, you will also be involved in developing the education with, for example, video courses and AI-based solutions. We are looking for someone with solid fiber technology knowledge who wants to take the next step in their career! The position is located in Stockholm or Malmö.

Responsibilities

The training varies in length and targets participants with different prior knowledge, from beginners taking their first steps in the profession to experienced technicians needing further training or specialization. As a trainer in fiber technology, you will:

• Conduct training with existing course offerings for vocational colleges, labor market education, and commissioned training.
• Create and conduct customized training for both new and experienced fiber technicians.
• Be involved in developing course structures, digital components, and video-based training materials.

Your Profile

• At least 3 years of experience in practical fiber technical work
• Deep knowledge in installation technology, measurement technology, laying, and blowing techniques
• Good administrative skills and proficiency in the Office suite
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Driving license B

Meritorious:

• Certified Fiber Technician (CFT) according to Robust Fiber
• Introducing/mentoring new employees or colleagues in the work
