About the position

As a warranty administrator, you are responsible for managing and administering warranty cases from start to finish. The role involves reviewing claims, communicating with customers and suppliers, and ensuring that all cases comply with applicable guidelines and agreements. The work requires collaboration with various parties to create a smooth process and high customer satisfaction.

Examples of tasks:

Administer and manage warranty claims according to applicable agreements and guidelines

Engage in dialogue with customers, suppliers, and workshops

Review and analyze documentation to ensure warranty requirements are met

Follow up on ongoing warranty cases and ensure they are handled within the set time

Prepare reports and compile statistics related to warranty cases

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience in warranty management, administration, or similar tasks within the automotive industry or another technical environment

Has a good understanding of agreements and warranty commitments

Is meticulous, structured, and has strong analytical skills

Communicates clearly and enjoys collaborating with different parties

Has experience working in business systems and good knowledge of the Office suite

Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
