Are you a car enthusiast with experience in the automotive industry, or a service advisor eager to take on new challenges? Then this position might be for you!

The role of a service advisor will have a strong focus on customer contact, which will also be a recurring area throughout the job. Tasks may include: Assisting customers with various questions about car parts, advising on different service jobs, and handling administrative tasks such as creating work orders and ordering spare parts.

About the position: 

-Receive customers during vehicle check-in and check-out -Prepare cost estimates and provide price information -Communicate with technicians to follow up on work orders -Ensure that the right spare parts and services are offered -Maintain ongoing contact with customers to inform them about status -Administer bookings, quotes, and invoices

We are looking for someone who: 

- Has good system knowledge in any of the following systems: (KOBRA, CABAS, WINASSIST). - Has relatively good knowledge of spare parts. - Has technical knowledge of passenger cars. - Works in a structured manner. - Holds a manual B driver's license.

The position is full-time with working hours scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday.
