We are looking for a property caretaker for an assignment lasting three months, starting immediately.

Responsibilities associated with the role include:

• Practical work in residential properties
• Contact with craftsmen, suppliers, and tenants
• Reporting issues and providing basic service
• Repairs within the property such as light sources, locks, doors, etc.
• Supervision of technical installations and requesting service (ventilation systems, cooling units, laundry facilities, etc.).
• Supervision, maintenance, and care of yards/gardens. Snow removal and ice prevention as needed
• Heavy lifting, work in tight spaces, and at heights may occur.
• Systematic fire protection work and handling of keys/access cards

As a property caretaker, you are expected to perform tasks that are important and relevant to the needs of the business.

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience in similar tasks
• Experience with digital property systems
• Organized, meticulous, flexible, and unpretentious
• Good teamwork skills and the ability to work independently
• Handy and safety-conscious

You will be employed as a consultant through Prowork Kompetens and work with our client in Uppsala.
