About the Position
We are currently looking for a recruitment specialist for Vattenfall in Solna. As a recruitment specialist, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including conducting needs analysis with the hiring manager, creating job advertisements, selection, interviews, reference checks, and ordering security clearance.
In this role, you will work in the ATS SmartRecruiters recruitment system and have ongoing dialogues with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders. You will be part of the Swedish recruitment team based in Solna, responsible for recruitment across all business areas at Vattenfall.
Assignment Period and Scope:
The position of recruitment specialist is a full-time consultancy assignment starting on 2025-12-15 and is expected to last until 2026-06-30.
The position is located in Solna but offers good opportunities to perform larger parts of the work remotely.
Requirements for the Position:
- University degree with a focus on HR
- At least three (3) years of experience working as a recruiter with responsibility for the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
To proceed in the process, your CV must be in Swedish and clearly indicate that all the above requirements are met. The time period should be specified in year and month YY-MM.
Desirable Qualifications for the Position:
- Experience in recruitment within similar businesses or industrial sectors.
- Experience in recruiting engineers and technicians.
- Experience in recruiting managers.
- Experience in handling volume recruitment/large-scale recruitment.

To ensure a competency-based recruitment process, we will use psychological tests in this process. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. Selection will be ongoing, with the final application date being 2025-12-10.
