Our client in Upplands Bro is currently seeking an operations technician. The assignment is expected to start immediately and last for 3-4 months with the possibility of extension. The scope of the assignment is estimated at 100%.  As an operations technician, your tasks will include troubleshooting operations and performing maintenance on technical installations for heating, ventilation, cooling, and control systems. You are experienced, work independently, and act well as a client for property technical services and smaller projects. You are self-driven and service-oriented, with a good ability to structure your work. You have good knowledge of property technology and property management.

Scope: The assignment includes technical operations and property services within the municipality's operational premises, totaling approximately 100,000 m², including schools, preschools, nursing homes, social services, and leisure services facilities. The operations technicians will be part of an existing team with two property technicians. The assignment is strategically important and requires high competence, safety awareness, and good communication skills.

We are looking for someone who meets the following mandatory requirements:

• Relevant education in HVAC, ventilation, electrical engineering, or property technology, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical operations in complex properties.
• Good knowledge of heating, cooling, ventilation, and control technology.
• Experience with digital control systems (BMS/SCADA) and work order systems.
• Driver's license B and 
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Hot work certificate

It is advantageous if you also meet the following requirements
