We are looking for someone who is a nursing assistant or has other relevant education and experience working as a coordinator.

We seek a driven and meticulous person interested in working both as a coordinator and nursing assistant (caregiver) in home care. This is a job for you who enjoys a social role with customer contact and many points of contact. You will be in contact with customers, employees, and case managers in your work.

Your role as a coordinator consists of the following main tasks:

- Scheduling, documenting, and planning services in home care using the digital tools Epsilon and ParaSol.

- Ensuring that customer hours are accurate and financially compiling performed hours and reporting to the operations and unit manager.

- Meeting new customers and writing implementation plans together with customers and in dialogue with case managers.

- Working closely with the organization and, if necessary, working with customers.

- Ensuring that routines are followed and working systematically with quality development.

About you:

We are looking for someone with good collaboration skills and the ability to work solution-oriented. You are structured and unpretentious and have extensive experience as both a coordinator and nursing assistant in home care. As a coordinator, you take responsibility for ensuring that your own work is completed with good results. You can handle stressful situations and have good collaboration skills with colleagues and managers. You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and enjoy working with digital systems. You need to have experience with the digital tool Epsilon.
