About the role

The role of Watch Supervisor means that you are responsible for the operational management during ongoing shifts. You work at the center of the operational activities, where quick decisions are required to manage our dynamic operations.

In your role as WS, you will lead the operational management during the shift and conduct briefings/debriefings. You will ensure that your colleagues are given the best possible conditions to deliver safe and efficient traffic management. You are part of the WS group, participate in WS meetings, and may have your own areas of responsibility and possibly participate in certain projects.

As a WS, you have several interesting points of contact. We see that you, as an applicant, have an interest in continuing to develop our good relationship with our customers and other partners, something we do by working solution-oriented, engaged, and innovative.

Your profile

To contribute in the role of WS, it is a fundamental requirement that you have good knowledge of air traffic services and are familiar with the industry, our customers, and LFV's business idea. In the role, you are 50% operational and 50% WS.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has local authorization at ATS Landvetter
• Has a good ability to lead staff in operational service
• Can quickly adapt to new conditions, as we work in an environment where operations are constantly changing
• Dares to act and makes quick decisions when necessary, even with limited information or difficult circumstances
• Has a good ability to write and speak both Swedish and English
• Has good communication skills, is attentive, and understands customers' demands for delivery reliability
• Has good collaboration skills
• Acts calmly, steadily, and controlled under high workload
• Prioritizes and focuses on the most important tasks at the moment and can maintain perspective on issues and situations when there is a lot to do
• Understands and acts according to ATS Landvetter's & LFV's values

The position is permanent with placement at ATS Landvetter. Appointment as soon as possible by agreement.
