As a construction engineer at Molöf Bygg, you will play a central role in our projects. You will be responsible for supporting and driving the economic, administrative, and scheduling processes of the projects. The role acts as a hub between site management, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, ensuring that the project is executed according to agreements, timelines, and budgets.

Main responsibilities:

• Plan and follow up on project purchases and schedules
• Manage questions/answers, procurements, and contracts with subcontractors
• Keep financial records and prepare forecasts for costs and revenues
• Compile documentation for cost reporting and invoicing
• Be responsible for final documentation and relationship documents

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Several years of experience as a construction engineer with a financial focus.
• Are structured, solution-oriented, and communicative
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Driver's license B and good knowledge of Swedish and English

We place great importance on your personal qualities. As a person, you are self-driven and flexible. You enjoy working independently and take responsibility for tasks and deliveries. A strong plus if you have an interest in AI and new technology.
