About the position:

As a project salesperson Roof & Facade, you will be responsible for leading customer projects, where you are involved in everything from establishing new and nurturing existing customer relationships, technical advice, work preparations, dimensioning and calculations, project design, quotation and contract writing to handing over projects to customers.

Your customers range from large construction companies, hall builders to end customers such as property owners. In this role, you will closely collaborate with other project salespeople in Byggpartner, cost engineers, and designers in the technical department with offices in Halmstad and Luleå. Your area of responsibility includes Småland, Östergötland, and Halland.

Your background:

You have vocational, engineering, or university education in construction or equivalent experience and a good understanding of building technology. You are business-driven and have a natural ability to create trust. We believe you have:

  • Experience from the construction industry within construction companies or consulting as a contracting engineer, estimator, or project manager/installation manager in the relevant or related industry
  • Good system and computer skills
  • Driver's license B

Experience in warehouse and industrial building production is an advantage.

To succeed and thrive in the role of project salesperson, you have a strong technical interest and are good at planning, structuring, and driving your work forward. You work independently to achieve set goals while having an open attitude towards others and seeing value in collaborating to achieve set goals. You have good social skills, are good at building trust with customers, and are motivated by building long-term relationships with them.

Your interest in business and the operation as a whole is significant, and you have the ability to understand business principles with a focus on good profitability and growth. Furthermore, you are meticulous, and it is important for you to deliver good technical quality within the set time.
