Job Responsibilities

Do you have an interest, willingness, and commitment to work with children? Do you enjoy taking responsibility and can you step in at short notice even if you receive a booking from the preschool early in the morning?

In case of illness, childcare, and other absences, we need substitute teachers. As a substitute, you will be right in the middle of the operations where it is expected that you are flexible and can quickly familiarize yourself with different routines. You will have the opportunity to work at several of our preschools for shorter or longer assignments.

Working in a group of children means that you always need to have the children's best interests in focus. You will be a helping hand and share the tasks that exist in a preschool. In the preschool, both trained and untrained childcare workers, preschool teachers, and educators work.

The preschool caters to children from one year of age until they start school. Here, a foundation is laid for children's learning and development. The municipality has 28 municipal preschools and family day homes.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who wants to start working at our preschools in Härryda municipality during the autumn term starting after the summer. You should be able to step in at short notice even if you receive a booking from us early in the morning. As a person, you are empathetic, engaged, calm, and responsible with a genuine interest in working with children.

Qualifications

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills
• A certificate from the police records called "Control of Own Information"
• High school diploma
• Can work at least 4-5 days a week Monday to Friday

Meritorious are:

• Relevant work experience
• Relevant education for the profession
• Several years of work experience
• Driving license B

We place great emphasis on personal suitability and approach.

To obtain employment, a certificate from the police records must be presented. You can order the police record on their website. If you are called for an interview, you must bring the police record, control of own information, in a sealed envelope.

For this application, you need to answer a number of selection questions when you apply. Answers to the questions are used as part of the selection process. Your CV and answers to the questions should be formulated in Swedish.
