Job Responsibilities

On-call every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday — evening shifts approximately 4:00 PM to 10:05 PM (odd weeks).
Working alongside staff from different departments: a quick departmental overview at the beginning of the shift. Checking signage, promotional items, stocked shelves, food bar, cash registers, and shopping carts.
Patrolling the store: prioritizing important tasks — restocking, empty ends, staffing, product flow, etc.
Full responsibility for closing the store.
Authority to move staff between departments (e.g., from F&G to the cash register) as needed.
Ensuring the store looks presentable — cleanliness, order, product flow, customer service.

We are looking for someone who

Has several years of experience in grocery retail, preferably with previous roles as a operations manager or similar.
Is technically savvy — you have a good understanding of the store's logistics, systems, and flows.
Has genuine commitment and the right attitude — you take responsibility, are driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Is flexible and independent — you can make decisions, lead, and plan without always having support.
Is studying — we see it as a strength that you have studies in parallel (e.g., with 2.5 years left), as this can provide a good balance between theory and practical reality.
