About the role
As a coordinator, you will be part of the Operational Sales Support team. It is a broad role where you will learn a lot – both about international sales, logistics, and business flows. The role suits you who are meticulous, enjoy working administratively, are system-savvy – and like to interact with both colleagues and customers.
In detail, you will:
- Have daily contact with resellers and freight companies
- Manage quotes, orders, deliveries, and invoices
- Coordinate transports and create simpler export documentation
- Make price calculations for customized products
- Follow up on customer cases and payments
- Support the company's salespeople at trade shows and customer visits (e.g., book hotels, arrange transport, or prepare materials)
We are looking for someone who
Contributes to a positive atmosphere, takes responsibility while enjoying working administratively and being in contact with different people. Structure and attention to detail are your strengths, but you are also flexible and can adapt to the situation.
We also believe that you:
- Have graduated from high school and have worked for a year in administration and customer contact
- Speak and write fluent Swedish and English
- Feel comfortable working in various systems and with Microsoft 365, especially Excel

Practical information about the position
- City: Stockholm, Upplands Väsby (not in the center, so a driver's license and own car are helpful)
- Scope: Full-time
- Start date: Immediately
- The position is on-site from the office in Upplands Väsby. For the right person, limited hybrid work may be possible in the future
- In your first 12 months in the position, you will be employed as a consultant through Simplified, with everyone's goal being that you will then be directly recruited to Revent.
