At the Pediatric and Adolescent Clinic, dedicated employees from various professions work together. We are now looking for a medical secretary who wants to become an important part of our team. We are a close-knit group of 17 employees. We are spread across different units within our clinic, but we work closely together and have a well-functioning collaboration throughout the clinic. Our group is proactive, development-oriented, and actively involved in the clinic's improvement work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a medical secretary with us, you will have a varied and developing role where you are an important support for the entire Pediatric and Adolescent Clinic. You will, among other things, document in the journal system Cosmic, manage healthcare administration via 1177 and TeleQ, and be involved in our work based on speech recognition. The role includes ongoing administrative support to the operations as well as quality review.

You will be part of our introduction plan and given the opportunity to enter the organization in a safe and structured way. The work takes place during the day, Monday to Friday.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a vocational education degree as a medical secretary/healthcare administrator. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. You can be newly graduated or have several years of experience; for us, the most important thing is to find the right person and that you thrive in a work environment characterized by development and improvement work.
