We are now looking for a person for the role of Financial Support at our client in the northern suburbs. A central role where you support the finance department in daily operations. About the role

Our client is now seeking an employee for the role of Financial Support in their finance department. As Financial Support, you will be an important part of the ongoing financial work. Your main tasks will include handling transactions, invoicing, reconciliations, and assisting in the year-end closing process. You will also analyze finance-related issues, provide internal service, and contribute to developing and streamlining the department's work processes.

We are looking for someone who works in a structured manner, appreciates a varied workday, and thrives in a role with many internal contacts. To succeed, you need to be service-oriented, meticulous, and have a structured approach. You should also be open to changes and have good system skills.



Your tasks
  • Work with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and participate in the year-end closing process
  • Analyze and resolve finance-related issues both internally and externally
  • Act as an advisor and support within financial support for colleagues and clients
  • Ensure that daily work maintains high quality and follows the company's administrative routines

Who are we looking for

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a high school education or equivalent, preferably complemented by practical experience in finance-related tasks. You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and have basic knowledge of the Office suite. It is an advantage if you also have post-secondary education in finance.

To thrive and succeed in this role, you need to be structured and organized, while also being able to adapt to changes and find solutions when challenges arise.

This is a consulting assignment for 6 months starting in January 2026, with good opportunities for extension. You will be employed by us at OnePartnerGroup and will spend your working days at our client in the northern suburbs.
