Temporary Kitchen Manager Wanted

We are looking for a passionate, curious, and enthusiastic temporary kitchen manager who is dedicated to preparing nutritious meals for our users and other customers within the meal service in Gullspång, located at Amnegården's Central Kitchen.

You are an organized and structured cook who, together with colleagues, takes natural responsibility for the work in the kitchen – both financially and in terms of quality. As the kitchen manager, you share responsibility with other kitchen managers and ensure that laws, routines, and Gullspång municipality's policies, rules, and values are followed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your role includes, among other things:

• Responsibility for self-control and purchasing ensuring that routines are followed and that purchases are made according to current guidelines.
• Reporting in the meal planning system Matilda handling economic follow-ups and reporting.
• Follow-up of set key figures analyze and follow up on the business's goals and results.
• Common tasks in a restaurant kitchen participating in daily work to ensure high quality and good service.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a culinary education from high school or equivalent education/experience. We prefer that you have documented professional experience and knowledge in dietary cooking as well as HACCP. Computer skills are required as handling orders and digital systems are part of the job.

You should have a strong interest in food and cooking, good teamwork skills, be service-oriented, and have a flexible mindset since every day will look different.

You need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, and an understanding to work according to our kitchen instructions, HACCP plan, and to communicate with our customers.

Basic requirement: B driver's license
