Do you want to help make Visby Airport a magical meeting place? We are now looking for a Group Manager for Passenger Service! What does the role entail? As a group manager (GC), your task is to contribute to the development of both the business and the employees. You will be part of a team of five group managers with personnel responsibility. Together with other functions within the operations department, you will be responsible for large parts of the airport's daily operations. As the group manager for Passenger Service, you will have a varied job with significant personal responsibility.

You will have personnel responsibility for your team of 10-14 employees who work in passenger service at our information desk, Ground Handling/check-in, and also security control.

In your role as GC, you are responsible for ensuring that the work is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation and regulations, internal governing documents, and local instructions. You will be involved in budget work, have responsibility for the work environment, conduct workplace meetings, as well as salary setting and recruitment. This means that your work largely involves communicating, informing, and involving your employees with the aim of creating a safe work environment, participation, and a good working climate.

We also hope that as part of your job, you can contribute to the daily operations and take responsibility for an area that the airport needs. This could be in the commercial area, communication, or information.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in service and customer interaction, e.g., as a group manager in the airline or hotel industry
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement
• We would like you to have previous leadership experience

The most important thing is that you can create and develop relationships with customers and your employees and build a motivated and engaged team that works towards the same goals. You have good administrative skills, a strong commitment, and the ability to overview and prioritize the operations.
