About the Position

We are looking for an HR specialist in labor law for a public sector role in Gothenburg! The tasks primarily consist of providing labor law advice to HR specialists. The work also involves developing and working with guidelines and policies, sometimes related to transition issues. The role also includes collaboration matters. Above all, the assignment is about providing labor law advice and acting as a contact person and sounding board in various cases.

Assignment Period and Scope:

The position as an HR specialist in labor law is a full-time consulting assignment starting immediately as agreed and is expected to last for approximately 6 months. There is an opportunity for remote work, but you are expected to be on-site for most of the workweek.

Requirements for the Position:

• University degree, for example, in Human Resource Management or equivalent education
• At least three (3) years of work experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Personec, TimeCare, etc.)
• Good understanding of laws, regulations, and agreements in the field.
