What We Offer

As a RUHB Coordinator, you will be part of all rescue services in Northeastern Skåne.

The Rescue Service in Skåne Nordost is in an exciting process of developing emergency services under heightened preparedness (RUHB). The task is to be cohesive and drive RUHB issues both collectively and in each municipality.

Each municipality currently has an appointed person who has the RUHB assignment as part of their role. In addition, there will be an incident commander based in Kristianstad who has a RUHB assignment at 50%. You will work closely with these individuals as you operate for all municipalities involved in the collaboration. We see that you will work both strategically and directly with the operational capability.

Your tasks will include:

• planning, implementing, and leading processes within RUHB.
• being the contact person for external actors such as the County Administrative Board, MSB, and the Armed Forces.
• compiling materials and exercises.
• coordination, implementation of information and training.
• developing routines, processes, and governing documents within the area.
• Participating in and leading collaboration forums in various contexts and management levels.

The assignment is carried out in broad collaboration both internally and externally. The position involves some tasks being done together with others, and some are of an independent nature.

Who You Are

To succeed in your role with us, we see that you have:

• education at a post-secondary level such as SMO (protection against accidents) or equivalent professional experience that we assess as relevant for the position.
• good knowledge of current legislation in the area.
• Category B driver's license.

It is meritorious to be trained in accordance with MSB's training programs.

Experience from civil or military defense is also meritorious.

Other

The employment is placed in a security class, which requires you to have Swedish citizenship. For employment, a satisfactory result in the security screening with background check is required.

About Us

The Hässleholm Rescue Service is organized under the Municipal Management Administration and conducts operational rescue service activities, preventive activities, and the municipality's security department is also placed within the rescue service. The rescue service has over 50 full-time employees consisting of managers, administrative staff, fire engineers, fire inspectors, safety coordinators, firefighters, and officers. Operationally, the rescue service has a full-time station, six RIB departments, and four rescue stations, and the municipality is part of the rescue management system in northeastern Skåne. Hässleholm Municipality has an agreement on rescue collaboration with Perstorp Municipality.
