Who are we?

Haga preschools are now looking for two preschool teachers. Haga preschools consist of Hyacintens and Taborsbergs preschool. We are looking for preschool teachers for both preschools.

At Haga preschools, we work with the educational learning environment and play as important parts of children's development and learning. At Taborsbergs preschool, we organize age-appropriate child groups, and at Hyacintens preschool, we divide the child group into younger and older children.

Our organization is based on high participation and collaboration, which creates space for the team's common reflection time as well as individual pedagogical development time.

We are a Reggio Emilia inspired preschool where the competent child is in focus. Our working method is based on the curriculum, and we clarify our working method through the action plan.

Your tasks

As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for actively leading, planning, and ensuring the quality of the daily work at the preschool. You should systematically and continuously follow up and analyze in collaboration with other colleagues to improve the preschool's quality and thus also the child's opportunity for development and learning.

Together with your colleagues, you design stimulating and inspiring learning environments. You work on projects and drive education and teaching forward.

You work to develop children's learning through clarifying pedagogy and documentation of children's learning processes.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is an educated and licensed preschool teacher and has experience in the profession. You have a genuine interest and curiosity in working Reggio Emilia inspired and working according to our municipal preschools' common development plan.

You want to be part of a preschool that is constantly developing, where you help create the best possible conditions for both children and adults. You have the ability to inspire others to achieve common goals. You should be able to develop positive relationships with those you meet; children, guardians, and colleagues. You convey information clearly and confidently. You value collegial learning based on the common development work.

You have the ability to translate the curriculum's goals and intentions into practice and have a high pedagogical awareness. You should be motivated and engaged to want to shape a preschool that is safe, enjoyable, and educational for all children. You should be well acquainted with the governing documents that regulate education and act based on these in meetings with children, guardians, and colleagues.

We need you who have experience and want to contribute to developing and stimulating learning environments.

You have good Swedish in speech and writing. You have knowledge of documentation within the systematic quality work, while you are well acquainted with the preschool's governing documents.
