Job Responsibilities and Duties

Working as pool staff means that you will replace the regular educators in the preschools during their absence.

Together with all colleagues, you create a safe, stimulating, and varied environment for the preschool children. Working hours may vary between 06:00 and 18:00, but you have a basic schedule to start from. If there is no substitute need, you will have a basic placement at one of the preschools.

Qualifications

We want you to have a genuine interest in children and want to contribute to our preschool children experiencing a safe and meaningful environment, where each child can develop their identity, curiosity, and desire for play and learning. Positive and trustworthy communication with both children, guardians, and colleagues is an important part of the work in preschool.

You have previous experience working with children. We prefer that you have a high school education in child and leisure or similar, but the most important thing for us is personal suitability with the ability to prioritize the children's needs.

You have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form. Since our preschools are located throughout the municipality, you need to have a driver's license and your own car.

About Vilhelmina

Vilhelmina can be described as a 5-minute community. It may be a bit far from larger cities, but once you are there, most things are within reach.
