We are currently looking for a Finance & Office Administrator on behalf of our client who enjoys keeping many threads together at the same time and believes that both numbers and order contribute to a functioning and happy workday. You are the one who ensures that everything runs smoothly, from invoices to office atmosphere, and you like to be the one who fixes, organizes, and ensures quality.

The company is a leading Nordic high-tech company with a complete internal development and production chain. In the role of responsible for finance, payroll, and office-related matters, you will be a central person who creates structure, security, and a positive everyday life for the entire team.



Your Responsibilities

The role is broad and varied, where you combine finance, administration, and office responsibility. Much of your work takes place in collaboration with the entire organization, and you will follow processes from start to finish. In your daily work, you will handle ongoing financial administration, ensure that invoices are processed correctly, and follow up on purchases and complaints. You will also be involved in the payroll process, where you collect, check, and prepare documentation for the payroll system.

At the same time, you are the one who keeps the office lively and welcoming. This includes everything from ensuring there is coffee and the right equipment to planning social activities that make the team feel good.



Finance & Administration
  • Ongoing bookkeeping and financial administration
  • Supplier invoices: approval, coding, and linking to projects
  • Purchasing goods and services for the business
  • Follow-up on complaints and supplier contacts
  • Ensure that purchases and invoices match

Payroll Administration
  • Collection and quality assurance of time reports
  • Management of sick leave, VAB, and other deviations
  • Administration of vacation and vacation lists
  • Preparation of documentation for the payroll system

Office & Administration
  • Responsible for keeping the office fresh, welcoming, and functional
  • Management of keys, access cards, and alarms
  • Purchasing materials, furniture, and branding details
  • Coordination of cleaning and services
  • Planning kick-offs, trips, AW, and other corporate activities

Qualifications:

  • You have at least 2-3 years of experience in finance and payroll administration.
  • Relevant post-secondary education in finance
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, good knowledge of English.
  • Comfortable with digital systems and have good knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience with the Odoo system is a plus

You will report to the CFO/CEO and have a close relationship with the entire team. The role is central to ensuring that everything behind the scenes functions, allowing the rest of the organization to focus fully on their core tasks.

Scope: The position is full-time and starts as a temp-to-hire, where you will first be employed as a consultant with us at OnePartnerGroup and work at our client in Kungsbacka. For the right person, there are good opportunities to later transition into a direct employment with the client.
Start date: Immediately
Working hours: Monday-Friday, office hours
Location: Kungsbacka
