The Orthopedic Clinic at Nyköping Hospital is a large operation consisting of an orthopedic ward with both inpatient and emergency services, surgical operations, outpatient clinic with plaster services, and a nursing clinic. At the orthopedic clinic, six nurses and five nursing assistants/plaster technicians work, and we also have paramedical competence at the clinic that we work closely with.

Your Tasks

The work involves Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week. We create personalized schedules within the framework of the operation. Our tasks are varied, including administrative work with telephone advice, 1177 and Link, waiting lists, and patient bookings to the clinic. We have a reception for: patient admissions before surgery, wound checks, dressings, and suture removals, and we also support the doctors during their consultations.

Your Competence

We are looking for someone with good collaboration skills who is attentive and unpretentious, and who wants to contribute to the team with their experience and competence. You have a patient-centered focus and create participation and consensus in the care meeting. Since we work closely together, we place great importance on personal qualities. It is important that you have a holistic view and can see the bigger picture, ensuring the best for the entire operation in your actions and decisions. You are a licensed nurse with experience in outpatient work, and it is also meritorious if you have experience in orthopedics or surgery.

Employment Form

Temporary employment for 6 months. Start date by agreement.
