Cyclife Sweden AB is a company within the EDF group (Electricité De France), one of the world's largest employers and a major player in the energy sector. Cyclife is in a significant growth phase and conducts nuclear activities at the Studsvik area outside Nyköping and is a day one company with just over 230 employees. Who are we looking for?

• At least 5 years of work experience in resource planning and process work within a process-driven organization
• Excellent knowledge of Office 365 and solid experience with resource planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Project Desktop, Primavera P6, and C-Forma
• Experience in training others in tools and methods
• Familiar with collecting, analyzing, and presenting data
• Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Valid driver's license and access to a car.

Desirable:

• Certification in PMI or Prince2
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and have good collaboration skills. You enjoy creating an overview, coordinating resources, and contributing to improved working methods. You are confident in your skills and have the ability to support others in their development.

What does the role entail?

The position involves ensuring proper resource planning for the projects conducted within the organization. You actively contribute to developing the resource planning process in collaboration with the business and produce clear reports that provide management with valuable decision-making support. The role includes, among other things:

• Planning and optimizing resource allocation
• Collaborating with resource owners in different departments
• Training and guiding colleagues in resource planning tools
• Identifying and managing resource conflicts
• Producing relevant reports and materials for management
• Coordinating and communicating complex information in a structured manner.

In addition to resource planning, the role also has a coordinating aspect where you follow established project processes, support project managers with simpler project administration, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. This also includes compliance with the project process and regular updates of project documentation.
