Are you social, service-oriented, and enjoy solving problems quickly and efficiently? Here you will have a daily routine where you make a difference for hundreds of employees in a dynamic environment. You will be part of a smaller, close-knit IT team that supports each other and works closely with the business. If you thrive on juggling many tasks, are really good at Outlook, and enjoy providing excellent service, we want to meet you as soon as possible!
What do we offer?
- A role in a welcoming IT team where collaboration is key.
- A varied daily routine with both simpler support cases and orders.
- Office located in Southern Stockholm.
You will step into a secure organization where internal service is at the center and have the opportunity to contribute to ensuring that IT support runs smoothly for everyone.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with experience in first line support or similar customer-facing IT work. You are used to handling incoming cases, prioritizing, and providing clear feedback.
Requirements and qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in first line support or service desk.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and basic understanding of Microsoft 365.
- Experience working via shared mailboxes and simpler portals for ordering/case management.
- Good understanding of Windows computers, mobile devices (iOS/Android), and peripherals.
- Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, with good communication skills.
We place great importance on your personal qualities: you are social, service-oriented, flexible, and enjoy collaborating. You like to solve problems directly, take responsibility, and build trust by being helpful and professional.
What does the role involve?
This is a practical and varied role where you meet employees every day and help them get their IT working. You work closely with the business in a larger management house and also support schools/kindergartens in Hägersten and Älvsjö via shared mailbox. The cases range from simpler support to orders and setups of equipment, with clear working hours and a team that supports each other.
With tasks that include:
- Handling incoming cases via shared mailbox and phone.
- Ordering SIM cards, computers, mobile phones, and accessories.
- Setting up and configuring computers and mobile devices.
- Basic troubleshooting in Outlook/M365, Windows, and mobile devices.
- Coordination with internal contacts and suppliers as needed.
- Documentation and follow-up for high service and quality.
Start immediately for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension. The recruitment process includes a background check that compiles public criminal records and financial credit checks. Interested? Submit your application as soon as possible – the position may be filled before the application deadline.
