We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, currently placed, to one of our care and nursing homes in central Örnsköldsvik.

You will have a unit manager at a distance who actively works with trust-based leadership. This means you will have great confidence to make decisions in your daily work, while also having support when you need it.

Working hours are scheduled during the day, currently from 06:45 to 16:00, and work every 6th weekend.

Job Responsibilities

As a nurse within Örnsköldsvik municipality, you have an overall care responsibility and a key role in the team. You:

• Support nursing staff in health and medical care efforts.
• Contribute medical expertise for safe and quality care.
• Guide staff and students and provide support to relatives.

Collaboration and Collegial Support

The collegial support among nurses is especially important – we help each other, share experiences, and support one another in both everyday and more complex situations.

On weekends, we collaborate with nurses from home care, functional support, and SÄBO. We operate from Söränget and provide urgent and necessary care, a collaboration that provides security and flexibility.

Qualifications

You must be a licensed nurse. Previous experience is an advantage, but even if you are new to the profession, you are welcome to apply. It is also an asset if you have supervisor training or other relevant advanced training. We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role, engaged, and positive about development.

A valid B driver's license is a requirement for the position.
