ABOUT THE POSITION

The company is making a difference in society by improving the lives of people with rare and severe diseases. You will be part of a competent team as a transport coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring transport processes, ensuring compliance with international regulations and internal policies. You will be a central link between different departments to optimize the logistics chain.

This role involves managing and overseeing all aspects of transport, from planning to delivery, with a strong focus on regulations and efficiency. The team has overall responsibility for our client's transports and ensures that all pharmaceutical products are shipped in accordance with applicable regulations, customs legislation, and export control. The team also has operational responsibility for activities related to freight and handling of samples. You will work cross-functionally across the organization and be responsible for providing global internal support with expertise and knowledge in the areas of transport and temperature control.

The role is initially a one-year temporary position, with good opportunities for extension.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

  • The team has overall responsibility for transports and ensures that all pharmaceutical products are shipped in accordance with applicable regulations, customs legislation, and export control.
  • You are responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of transport, from planning to final delivery.
  • Coordinate international transports and logistics flows
  • Handle and review documentation for import and export
  • Develop and implement processes for trade compliance and transport efficiency
  • The department provides global internal support with deep expertise and knowledge in the critical areas of transport and temperature control.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has education or experience in logistics
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is meritorious if you have:

  • Experience working with temperature control
  • Good knowledge of customs procedures and GxP regulations.
  • Experience with international transports, export control, and deviation management.
  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry.
