Sodajo is seeking a creative and innovative digital designer on behalf of GiGi Agency, who wants to grow together with a company that dares to think differently. Here, you will be part of a dynamic agency located on Avenyn, where expression, concepts, and identity are given space. The position is part-time and is particularly suitable for those studying or having another main occupation of at least 50%.

Information about the position

As a digital designer at GiGi Agency, you will work broadly with both digital and print communication. You will be involved in creative processes, concept development, and content production for several industries, primarily in entertainment and nightlife, but also for corporate companies that want to stand out.

The position is part-time, and you will work as a consultant through Sodajo Consulting. The workload is approximately 20 hours per week, with the possibility of more hours if needed. You will largely control your working hours, but we would like you to be present alongside your colleagues, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. You will be based at the office on Avenyn but have the flexibility to work from home if studies or life circumstances require it.

Primarily, we are looking for someone in Gothenburg, but for the right person who can be self-sufficient from the start, working from another location is also possible!

Job responsibilities

In this role, you will create creative materials, ranging from marketing and content for social media to print materials such as menus, posters, and signs, as well as producing moving materials and presentations for portfolios and sales. You will also produce newsletters, participate in creative processes for developing concepts and visual identities, and contribute to further developing existing graphic expressions. The role also involves supporting the team with ongoing design-related tasks and ensuring that all materials maintain high graphic quality.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has completed or is currently pursuing an education in graphic design or another relevant field

• Has a documented portfolio with previous cases (attached to the application, where we would like to see that you have handled moving materials)

• Has strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud programs, such as After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

• Has worked on creative project deliveries involving moving materials, either from hobby projects, work, or studies

• Has another main occupation of at least 50%, such as studies or work

• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Experience with AI tools to elevate your ideas to the next level is a plus. Experience with WordPress, GSAP, or Webflow, as well as knowledge in photography/film, advertising, and SEO, is also seen as an advantage!
