About the assignment

We are looking for licensed nurses for assignments within the Prison Service. As a nurse in the prison service, you will provide good and safe care to inmates, in close collaboration with prison staff and other professionals. The assignments can be both short and long-term, depending on your preferences and the needs of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assessments and reception work with inmates
• Medication management and treatments
• Health conversations and health-promoting work
• Collaboration with doctors and other healthcare staff
• Documentation according to current procedures

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse
• Experience in psychiatry, addiction care, or similar fields is an advantage
• Confident in your professional role, flexible, and with a good ability to meet people in vulnerable situations
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
