Their core business focuses on being a supplier of cutting fluid and cutting fluid management, tools and clamping, as well as workshop and warehouse equipment for Swedish industry, but also extends to customers in other segments where the highest quality is prioritized.

TechPoint is now looking for their next technical sales representative who will be responsible for the districts of Västra Götaland, Värmland, and Dalsland.

About the Position

As a technical sales representative at TechPoint, you will play a central role in sales as you are assigned the dedicated districts of Västra Götaland, Värmland, and Dalsland. The position involves traveling to both new and existing customers, focusing on workshop technical customer companies within the districts. Your main tasks will therefore include being responsible for the entire sales cycle from start to finish, including full budget responsibility for your customers. You ensure delivery and quality to the customer and work on a project basis. Your responsibility is to present and sell TechPoint's solutions and offerings with a clear goal setting and follow-up. As a salesperson, you work towards clear goals both individually and as a team. Travel is a natural part of the job where you are expected to be out on customer visits about four days a week, while the remaining time you focus on administration, planning, and follow-up.

Tasks included in the role:

• Prospecting, calling, and booking meetings with customers
• Visiting customers on-site and presenting TechPoint's solutions
• Ensuring delivery to the customer including follow-ups and quality
• Administrative tasks such as budget follow-up and planning
• Networking and participating in trade fairs

Qualifications and Characteristics

You have the ability to plan, structure, and follow up on your goals while possessing patience with potentially long sales cycles. Furthermore, you have:

• Experience from a technical role, such as a production technician, technician, operator, or technical salesperson within the workshop technical industry
• Good computer skills
• Fluent skills and can communicate effortlessly in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
