ValueOne is looking for a Strategic Buyer with operational capability for a consulting assignment at a global manufacturing company in Landskrona. The assignment is to be filled as soon as possible.

As a Strategic Buyer, you will work with the entire procurement chain, from sourcing and supplier development to negotiation and contract management. Operational tasks are also included.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure a cost-effective, reliable, and quality-focused supply chain.
• Develop the supplier base, find, evaluate, and approve suppliers.
• Manage inquiries and evaluate offers
• Negotiate and establish contracts.
• Drive improvement projects and contribute to the development of procurement processes.

We are looking for someone with an academic degree in a relevant field and several years of experience in a similar position within the manufacturing industry. You have good experience in conducting negotiations and managing contracts and are fluent in both Swedish and English. Experience from the manufacturing industry and working with the SAP S4Hana business system is highly meritorious. The role also includes operational/problem-solving tasks.

You are a business-minded person with strong analytical skills and good knowledge of Excel. You find it easy to collaborate and build good relationships with others and are used to working in a structured and results-oriented manner. An interest in technology is seen as an advantage.
