OPERATIONS MANAGER WANTED!

We are looking for a driven leader for our Discount Store in Vänersborg!

If you enjoy retail, this is one of the most exciting positions in Swedish retail! You will help create a low-price destination where the pace is high, shelves are always well-stocked, and customers are greeted with a warm hello. Now you have the chance to become one of two people in our Operations Team – you will work closely with our Store Manager, where you will lead, inspire, and contribute to achieving our goals together.

As part of the Operations Team, you will help drive the store forward based on set goals. You are a key person alongside our Store Manager in ensuring that our discount sales are inviting and efficient – every day.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has documented experience as a leader – preferably as an assistant store manager or store manager in a smaller store.
• Is passionate about sales and customer interactions.
• Enjoys handling large volumes of goods – experience from discount or volume retail is a plus.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and likes to get things done.
• Is a team player who enjoys collaboration and teamwork.
• Can easily lead and is operationally involved.
• Is reliable, responsible, and structured.
