ValueOne is looking for a buyer for the procurement of indirect materials and services for a longer consulting assignment with our client in Stockholm. The assignment will commence upon agreement and will last for twelve months.

As a Buyer, you will be part of the company's procurement team, which currently consists of about 10 people.

Main responsibilities:

• Support and guide internal stakeholders across different functions and geographical areas in the procurement process
• Assess, evaluate, and analyze bids and potential suppliers.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvements and drive implementation along the procurement cycle regarding the process "Source to Pay", policies, and procedures in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Prepare and conduct supplier negotiations according to best practices.
• Ensure compliance with P2P processes, including the creation and follow-up of purchase orders.
• Prepare monthly reports and monitor key performance indicators.

For the assignment as a Buyer of indirect materials, we are looking for a procurement specialist with several years of experience in procurement, as well as knowledge of contracts, both commercial and legal terms. We expect you to have knowledge of ERP systems such as IFS or equivalent, as well as MS Office. Good communication skills and fluent English, both spoken and written, are a requirement.
