Together with Oddwork, we are looking for a social and curious person who wants to develop both themselves and our business.As a Salesperson You will work with the entire sales process, from prospecting and first contact to closing the deal. You will focus entirely on new customer acquisition and be responsible for finding, engaging, and building trust with new customers in the Horeca segment. This is a role for you who enjoys personal meetings and gains energy from making things happen.

You will work closely with our sales manager and be part of a driven team where we are happy to help each other move forward. Our customers range from local bistros to larger restaurant groups, and it is in meeting them that you thrive the most. With an established brand behind you, a strong product portfolio, and short decision-making paths, you have all the conditions to succeed.

About you: You have a clear sales drive, thrive in an independent role, and are motivated by achieving set goals. You are used to working in a structured way, following up on your activities, and enjoy finding new ways to reach the right decision-makers. While you are proactive and goal-oriented, you also have a humble and attentive approach. You understand that sales is just as much about listening as it is about talking. You do not need to have extensive experience, but you should want to develop in your role and be curious about both people and business.

We believe you have:

  • Experience in B2B sales
  • If you have experience in the restaurant industry, we will be extra curious
  • Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
